This is an exciting opportunity to translate global marketing strategies into locally relevant, customer-centric campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing ROI.
What We're Looking For: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who embodies the following qualities:
A Multi-Channel Marketing Strategist: You possess extensive experience developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns that effectively drive awareness, generate leads, and foster customer retention. You're adept at managing the full marketing mix, including digital, social, CRM, and content.
A Compelling Storyteller: You have a proven ability to differentiate CME offerings through engaging, localized content, conveyed via thoughtful design and creative execution. You have a strong ability to tailor content to ensure it connects with the unique cultural contexts of diverse regional audiences.
A Proactive Change Agent: You are not afraid to assess and challenge the status quo, consistently positioning innovative ideas to relevant stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in marketing processes and deliverables.
A Collaborative Communicator & Leader: You are fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, possessing superior communication skills that enable effective collaboration across local, international, and cross-functional teams. You can influence and motivate at all levels, both internally and externally.
What You'll Create, Develop, and Manage:
Develop and implement cutting-edge digital strategies and execute tactics that directly contribute to customer acquisition, revenue generation, and brand awareness.
Lead and coordinate the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
Collaborate with local and international cross-functional teams to drive the creation of impactful marketing content, including whitepapers, collateral, case studies, emails, and social media, ensuring the right audience is reached at the right time, moving them successfully through the purchase funnel.
Spearhead local conferences and customer-facing events. Lead and coordinate co-operative marketing agreements and education efforts with Retail brokers and other partners to significantly grow awareness of CME Group, identifying and establishing new partnerships.
Continuously develop, test, and optimize messages and campaigns across integrated marketing channels. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement, demonstrating a strong grasp of performance marketing and ROI.
Provide robust marketing support to the Sales team for client expansion and upsell initiatives, collaborating closely to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Partner with Business Line Marketing Managers to strategically support audience-driven product campaigns and act as a regional liaison for new product features and positioning.
Partner with Retail Marketing to guide and execute the marketing plan for Retail segments across the entire region.
Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget, tracking and reporting on the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and new opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform strategies.
Skills and Experience:
5+ years of progressive experience in a marketing role, with a strong preference for experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or B2C marketing.
Demonstrated experience with analyzing and interpreting marketing analytics, with a strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Superior communication skills, strong attention to detail, a highly collaborative work style, and an unparalleled work ethic are essential, as collaboration across teams is crucial to success in this role.
Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver high-quality work against strict deadlines.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changes, and effectively manage shifting priorities.
Reporting Structure:
