**Marketing Manager**
CtdoAgro seeks Marketing Manager for Multinational Industry on the Crop Protection sector
**Main responsibilities**:
- Construction of Marketing Strategy, planning and implementation
- Lead mid-long range portfolio development identifying new projects opportunities
- Lead Business Intelligence area
- Lead Third Party Negotiations (focus on new projects)
- Lead business growth opportunities via M&A
- Work as an alignment bridge between global and EU resources
- Project management for the new products / business's models
**Requirements**:
- Education: Agronomist, Business Administration, Economy, or Engineering
- Postgraduate: MBA in Marketing (differential)
ü Experience:
- Commercial & Marketing Management position within Brazil Crop Protection market / industry
- Portfolio & Pipeline management & Project Management
- With project analysis, costing, and budgeting
- Business Valuation
- New products pre-launching or rejuvenating existing products
- Experience with Global / Headquarter interactions
ü Knowledge:
- Brazil agribusiness and crop protection sector
- Strategic Marketing and Portfolio development plan
- Business intelligence processes and tools know-how
- Business case & valuation
- Third Party Contracts
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills / Think-Cell
ü Language: fluent English (mandatory)
