Contract Graphic Designer (Remote – Brazil, Argentina, Mexico)

We're looking for a fast-moving Contract Graphic Designer to help produce high-quality digital marketing content at scale. This role focuses on creating and adapting graphics for social media and marketing campaigns, using Canva, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator, with a strong emphasis on motion and animation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design social media graphics and marketing assets using Canva and Figma.
  • Add motion/animation to Canva graphics (moving elements, transitions, simple loops, reels).
  • Adapt templates for multiple platforms while keeping content on-brand.
  • Customize vector illustrations (color changes, layout adjustments) in Figma and Illustrator.
  • Design digital PDFs, one-pagers, and campaign materials for email and web.
  • Occasionally perform light video editing (trim clips, add captions, lower thirds, intro/outro bumpers).
  • Maintain and organize templates, illustrations, and other creative assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with social platform specifications and design trends.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience designing graphics for social media and digital marketing.
  • Advanced skills in Canva, including motion/animation.
  • Experience with Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with light video editing (Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Previous experience in education or SaaS/tech design environments.
