We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Sales Strategy & Operations professional to join our team in Brazil. This role is critical in aligning sales efforts with overall business objectives, leveraging data and technology, and ensuring operational excellence within the sales organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using insights to drive growth, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain sales plans, forecasts, and performance dashboards aligned with business priorities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize sales processes, tools, and operational workflows to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Enable the sales team with training, playbooks, and resources to enhance productivity.
  • Lead KPI tracking and performance reviews, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and strategic execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business strategy, sales operations, or consulting (experience in media platforms or digital industry preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently produce industry analysis and business insights.
  • Proficient in handling large data sets and using BI tools to generate executive reports.
  • High level of initiative, strong ownership mindset, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • English: Advanced or Fluent (mandatory).

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in digital media, technology, or platform-based companies.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales automation, and data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of regional market dynamics in LATAM.
