Atividades:
- Liderar o time de Sales Strategy, promovendo alinhamento, desenvolvimento e alta performance da equipe.
- Coordenar o planejamento e a execução das estratégias comerciais, garantindo que as metas comerciais estejam alinhadas aos objetivos estratégicos da empresa.
- Utilizar dados, análises e inteligência de mercado para orientar decisões e definir prioridades comerciais.
- Desenvolver, monitorar e otimizar o funil de vendas B2B, assegurando eficiência nas etapas de prospecção, qualificação, negociação e fechamento.
- Desenvolver e monitorar indicadores de performance (KPIs), garantindo a previsibilidade de receita e a eficiência operacional.
- Atuar como elo entre a alta gestão e as áreas comerciais, assegurando que a execução comercial reflita o direcionamento estratégico.
- Liderar projetos de melhoria contínua em processos, ferramentas e metodologias comerciais. Apoiar e desenvolver a equipe por meio de treinamentos, mentorias e feedbacks estruturados.
Requisições:
- Formação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas; pós-graduação ou MBA será um diferencial.
- Experiência consolidada em Sales Strategy, Planejamento Comercial, Revenue Operations ou áreas estratégicas relacionadas a vendas.
- Experiência comprovada em liderança e gestão de equipes.
- Experiência em gestão e otimização do funil de vendas B2B.
