Job Description- Act as the bridge between commercial stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet real-world business needs;
- Drive adoption of AI tools through training, demos, and continuous support;
- Foster a culture of AI literacy and innovation across commercial, operational, and support teams;
- Manage relationships with AI technology providers and ensure alignment on deliverables, quality, and timelines;
- Partner with origination and trading teams to identify AI opportunities that enhance market prospecting, customer intelligence, pricing, and structuring capabilities;
- Develop solutions that support lead identification, client engagement, and real-time market insight through AI agents and automation;
- Monitor solution performance using agreed KPIs, including deal conversion, time-to-execution, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is an advantage;
- Experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation projects, preferably within commodity trading, origination, or related commercial functions;
- Knowledge of AI/GenAI trends and applications;
- Understanding of IT architecture and integration;
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes;
- Ability to work independently across multiple countries and time zones;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written). Spanish is a plus.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (4x1) in São Paulo, SP.
