Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Active Prospecting: Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across private companies, institutions, and public-sector organizations, sourcing and qualifying high-quality leads.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct strategic meetings and product presentations, clearly demonstrating the value and impact of Poder Drive and Poder Monitor to decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Use the HubSpot CRM to manage opportunities, ensure sales cycle predictability, and maintain a healthy flow of new business.
- Negotiation & Closing: Structure commercial proposals, negotiate with key stakeholders, and close contracts.
- Corporate Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with private companies, institutions, and public-sector organizations, expanding product usage and identifying new business opportunities.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and generate insights to support the platform's strategic positioning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Product and Innovation teams to ensure value delivery and maximize customer experience.
Desired Experience
- 2 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably with digital products or SaaS (subscriptions, licensing, platforms, etc.).
- Proven experience with recurring revenue sales (subscriptions, long-term contracts).
- Strong command of HubSpot CRM or similar, with the ability to manage pipelines and perform accurate sales forecasting.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in competitive sales environments.
Technical Skills
- Consultative sales methodologies (SPIN, BANT)
- Analysis of sales metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn)
- Product demos and creation of customized commercial proposals
- Familiarity with prospecting and sales tools (Sales Navigator, Lusha)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Advanced negotiation abilities, with a focus on building strategic relationships.
- Ability to stay consistently updated by monitoring multiple communication channels (news, reports, trends) in the corporate, political, and economic landscape—identifying insights and new opportunities for clients.
- Resilience and persistence to navigate long and complex sales cycles.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the media, journalism, or corporate information industry.
- Knowledge of the Brazilian political and economic ecosystem.
- Established network within large corporations.
- Experience selling to government or public-sector organizations.
- Advanced English for potential international expansion.
