Estamos buscando um(a) Pl Support Analyst

Você fará parte do time de Suporte Técnico, atuando em soluções criativas e gerando impacto real nos resultados dos nossos clientes.

Para arrebentar nessa vaga, é importante que você tenha experiência com:

· Preenchimento de relatórios relacionados às atividades executadas.

· Detecção, atendimento e resolução de incidentes e problemas.

· Instalação e atualização de Sistemas Operacionais Microsoft e aplicativos diversos.

· Manutenção de impressoras, desktops e notebooks.

· Suporte e manutenção de impressoras térmicas, impressoras laser e coletores de dados.

· Comunicação e orientação a outras áreas sobre problemas físicos nos CDs.

· Acompanhamento de terceiros em atividades de instalação e manutenção.

· Atendimento ao usuário, registro e atualização de chamados com a solução aplicada.

· Utilização de ferramentas de acesso remoto (VNC, TeamViewer, entre outros).

· Instalação, configuração e manutenção de sistemas Windows, além de conhecimento básico de redes.

· Manutenção e configuração de computadores e dispositivos.

· Suporte direto a usuários finais, garantindo qualidade no atendimento.

· Uso avançado do Pacote Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Conhecimento básico em servidores Windows Server e Linux.

· Conhecimento em processos ITIL.

· Conhecimento das normativas SOX, ISO IEC 17799, ISO 27001 e ISO 27002.

Vai se destacar se também tiver:

· Inglês ou Espanhol Básico
