Agora, buscamos alguém para liderar a estruturação da área de projetos e atuar na entrega ponta a ponta dos nossos produtos e serviços para clientes nacionais e internacionais.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar o delivery de projetos de tecnologia com foco em e-commerce (B2B e B2C),incluindo migração de plataformas e integrações complexas;
- Realizar alinhamentos semanais com clientes, garantindo visibilidade e ritmo nos projetos;
- Liderar o processo de implantação e ativação da Kruzer em clientes;
- Orquestrar ritos e cerimônias ágeis (daily, planning, review, retro);
- Atuar junto aos times técnicos (front-end, back-end, dados) garantindo clareza e priorização das demandas;
- Estruturar o portfólio de projetos e os processos internos de delivery da empresa;
- Mapear riscos, dependências e oportunidades de melhoria contínua;
- Trabalhar diretamente com stakeholders para definir prioridades e alinhar expectativas;
- Garantir entregas com foco em escalabilidade, usabilidade e integração entre sistemas (ERP, VTEX, Salesforce, etc.).
