We are a dynamic and strategic team leading ZF's Aftermarket business across South America. Collaborating closely with global and regional stakeholders, we drive commercial strategy, innovation, and sustainable growth. With a deep understanding of the aftermarket value chain, we focus on delivering high-impact solutions tailored to market needs while fostering strong relationships and cross-functional alignment.
What you can look forward to as Director of Regional Business Line for Aftermarket – Passenger Cars (South America) (m/f/d):
- End-to-End responsibility for the Passenger Car Aftermarket in South America
- Develop and implement the Business Line strategy in the region, aligned with the global strategy.
- Ensure profitable business growth by achieving sales, margin and market share target in each country and category.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, ensuring retention and identifying growth opportunities.
- Manage the Business Line portfolio (products, services, and solutions), driving both organic and inorganic expansion.
- Ensure excellence in meeting customer and market needs.
- Develop competitive differentiation strategies, clear go to market strategies and ensuring high-value-added products and services.
- Lead business development and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with different ZF divisions to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Your Profile as Director of Regional Business Line for Aftermarket – Passenger Cars (South America) (m/f/d):
- Solid experience in business management within the automotive Aftermarket sector.
- Deep understanding of the Aftermarket value chain (product, marketing, pricing, branding, distribution, and industry trends).
- Proven track record in P&L management and successful leadership of global businesses.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills in matrix organizations.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
