About The Role
We are hiring a
Product Marketing Designer
to bring our product value stories to life. This role focuses on creating compelling, high-quality design and enablement materials that help customers and internal teams understand the differentiated value and vision of VTEX products.

  • For this position you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Design enablement materials, including decks, videos, landing pages, training visuals, and product messaging artifacts.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Leads to deliver clear, brand-aligned communications.
  • Ensure consistency across B2B and B2C materials while tailoring for specific ICPs and segments.
  • Support key events such as VTEX Day and major product launches with visually impactful assets.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in the field.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design for business and marketing contexts.
  • Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Ability to translate complex product concepts into clean, compelling visuals.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
