Summary
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to manage and optimize our AP operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process excellence. This role will lead end-to-end payable processes, support audits and monthly closing, drive workflow improvements, and collaborate with internal and international stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsabilities

  • Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice validation, compliance checks, and timely payment.
  • Execute and monitor daily bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across all transactions.
  • Perform and oversee monthly closing activities, ensuring alignment with accounting, financial, and tax policies.
  • Provide accurate and well-documented support for internal and external audits.
  • Identify and implement improvements in AP processes, with focus on automation, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
  • Act as a technical reference for solving operational issues and supporting cross-functional workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including international teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Participate in global projects, meetings, and system/process integrations.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Solid experience in accounts payable operations.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with workflow/ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced English (mandatory) for communication with international suppliers, banks, and global teams.
  • Strong logical reasoning and ability to handle complex financial scenarios.
  • Experience with NetSuite, knowledge of Python, Power BI, or Power Query would be a plus.
