At Mobiz, we partner with organizations to design and deliver change that enables people, processes, and technology to move in sync. We're looking for a Change Management Consultant to lead strategic IT transformation programs and shape the Mobiz Change Management approach across industries.

What You'll Do

  • Design change strategies that align people and processes with new operating models and business goals.
  • Lead delivery of communication, stakeholder engagement, and training programs that drive real adoption.
  • Measure and sustain impact through governance frameworks, feedback loops, and performance dashboards.
  • Build the Mobiz Change Playbook—developing templates, toolkits, and methods that scale across client engagements.
  • Collaborate across practices (Operating Model, PMO, Governance, Risk) to ensure integrated transformation delivery.

  • Change strategy, communication, and adoption frameworks
  • Stakeholder engagement and role-based enablement plans
  • Impact and adoption reports with measurable business outcomes
  • The Mobiz Change Management Playbook—our signature approach to sustainable transformation

What Success Looks Like

  • Projects delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable adoption
  • Strong client satisfaction and repeat engagements
  • Reuse of standardized change templates across programs
  • Active contribution to internal training and knowledge sharing

What You Bring

  • Expertise in: Change management, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training delivery
  • Experience in: Consulting or technology-driven transformation environments (cloud, digital, or operating model programs)
  • Soft skills: Exceptional communication, facilitation, empathy, and influence
  • Preferred: Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent)
