Job Description
Oracle Next Education (ONE) is a platform for low-income youth education and employment to foster technology studies and help them to get a position on the marketplace of the future.

We're looking for a passionate and talented person that will help us to take the ONE to the next level as a Student Progress & Community Engagement Specialist. This person will be responsible for all initiatives related to ensure that the student has a WOW experience and that they acquire the necessary knowledge to increase their chances of entering the labor market.

Key Activities

  • Track and analyze student performance indicators using dashboards and reports;
  • Create surveys, collect qualitative and quantitative data, and perform insights analyses to understand students' needs and challenges;
  • Map student profiles, engagement trends, and learning patterns to guide strategic decisions;
  • Design and execute onboarding events, webinars, and community activities that drive engagement and visibility;
  • Identify relevant themes and coordinate learning and networking events with internal and external speakers;
  • Support the organization of special initiatives (Hackathons, graduations, recognition campaigns, Alumni activities);
  • Collaborate with education and operational partners to ensure alignment in content and student experience;
  • Participate in recurring meetings with other program fronts and with the Latin America team, providing updates and insights on student and alumni engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid experience in student experience, community management, diversity and inclusion, or education in technology areas
  • Spanish communication skills are highly valued to collaborate across countries in Latin America.
  • Experience in engagement and communication strategy, preferably in educational or social impact programs;
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with ability to plan, execute, and measure engagement initiatives;

  • Knowledge of education and intrapreneurship;
  • Experience in strategy, planning, and execution of integrated campaigns/activities across teams;

  • Ideal personality traits – driven, proactive, creative, empathetic, team player, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and results-oriented;
  • Flexible and able to shift strategies and tactics when required;
  • A keen attention to detail is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor student progress indicators in training;
  • Understand gaps that need improvement with a focus on student development and engagement;
  • Develop and implement new strategies to leverage student engagement and sense of belonging;
  • Support the development of new technical and soft skill content in partnership with education providers;
  • Create, track, and analyze engagement and community indicators to ensure continuous improvement;
  • Lead community engagement initiatives to strengthen connection among active students and AlumniONE members;
  • Manage communication and engagement channels (Discord, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure ongoing dialogue and support;
  • Create and manage area processes, ensuring operational efficiency and documentation;
  • Manage and guide the volunteer ambassador team, promoting collaboration and ownership;
  • Collaborate closely with other program pillars (Attraction, Employability, Cross) and the Latin America team to ensure an integrated student journey.
