What's the opportunity?
Lead the accounting and administration function for a disruptive, fast-growing industry operating across 40 countries. This is a high-impact role where you'll oversee a global network of entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational excellence while driving automation and process improvements. What will I be doing?
  • Coordinate accounting registrations and management reporting for  companies across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting for management and statutory purposes , including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Manage the invoicing process for merchants and coordinate vendor payments, expenses, and other administrative workflows.
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve automation, accuracy, and control.
  • Define and apply accounting policies under IFRS and local authority requirements.
  • Coordinate external audits across multiple jurisdictions.
What skills do I need?
  • 12+ years of professional experience in accounting, external audit, and administration.
  • 6+ years in Big Four firms with a strong foundation in audit and financial reporting.
  • 6+ years in management roles, leading teams and overseeing cross-border operations.
  • Solid expertise in IFRS.
  • Proven experience with ERPs (SAP preferred); ERP implementation experience is a strong plus.
  • Accounting degree; an MBA or a Finance postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with fluent English (additional languages a plus).
