A posição de Sales Trainee

Como um Trainee Comercial você passará por um treinamento completo sobre como a K2 trabalha, nosso negócio e sistemas, além de sanar quaisquer dúvidas que você possa ter na área de vendas. 

A área comercial é um ponto de conexão vital entre clientes e recrutadores. Como um comercial, você terá objetivos semanais, mensais e trimestrais. Se você ama um desafio, essa posição certamente é para você

Algumas de suas atividades envolvem:

  • Mapear e identificar novos clientes em potencial; 

  • Prospectar clientes em potencial;

  • Identificar clientes e suas dores para oferecer soluções adequadas;

  • Construir seu próprio portfólio de clientes;

  • Negociar de contratos;

  • Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos profissionais com os clientes;

  • Ser flexível para trabalhar e colaborar com o time de recrutamento para atender às demandas dos clientes;

  • Gerenciar um funil de clientes e o ciclo de vendas.

Requisitos:

  • Ter graduação em qualquer área;

  • Estar confortável em fazer ligações e desenvolver relacionamentos com clientes por telefone;

  • Ter interesse genuíno em tecnologia e inovação;

  • Ter excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;

  • Ser proativo, gostar de trabalhar em grupo, ter boa motivação e interesse em aprender.

Habilidades desejáveis:

  • Ter experiência prévia em ambientes de trabalho orientados a metas;

  • Ter experiência prévia em recrutamento, vendas ou gestão de contas será um diferencial.
