Nosso cliente é uma empresa multinacional do setor industrial, com atuação global na fabricação de soluções técnicas e produtos de alto desempenho para diferentes mercados, operando no Brasil com forte foco em excelência operacional, qualidade, segurança e inovação contínua.

Buscamos um(a) General Manager que será responsável por assegurar a excelência operacional da planta, traduzindo a estratégia corporativa em resultados consistentes de qualidade, custo, entrega e segurança, desenvolvendo líderes, fortalecendo cultura de melhoria contínua e posicionando a operação como referência regional, garantindo sustentabilidade, previsibilidade e competitividade do negócio no médio e longo prazo.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Atuar como Site Leader, com responsabilidade integral pela gestão da planta industrial.
  • Planejar, dirigir, controlar e coordenar todas as atividades de manufatura.
  • Liderar as áreas de Produção, Engenharia, Ferramentaria, Manutenção, Supply Chain, Qualidade, Segurança e Meio Ambiente.
  • Conduzir iniciativas contínuas de melhoria de custos, qualidade, entrega, segurança do trabalho, capacitação, engajamento e eficiência operacional.
  • Desenvolver e sustentar uma organização industrial alinhada à estratégia corporativa, garantindo o atingimento das metas de qualidade, custo e entrega.
  • Definir e executar estratégias para expansão de capacidade produtiva, eficiência operacional e adequação de estrutura e headcount.
  • Atuar como parceiro regional e gestor indireto das áreas Comercial e de Serviços Compartilhados (RH, Finanças, Jurídico, TI, entre outras).

Requisitos

  • Formação superior completa, preferencialmente em Engenharia, Administração, Gestão ou áreas correlatas.
  • MBA ou Mestrado em Negócios, Operações ou áreas afins (desejável).
  • Experiência mínima de 10 anos em ambiente industrial/operações, sendo ao menos 5 anos em posições de liderança gerencial.
  • Sólida vivência em gestão de plantas industriais, liderança de times multidisciplinares e ambientes de melhoria contínua.
  • Inglês e Português fluentes; Espanhol será considerado um diferencial.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens ocasionais.
  • Perfil de liderança, visão sistêmica, capacidade de tomada de decisão e forte orientação para resultados.
