Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager (Sales Supervisor), you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key distributors and retail partners in São Paulo. You'll lead regional sales efforts, support field teams, and ensure the successful execution of commercial strategies to grow itel's footprint in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet regional goals
- Manage relationships with key accounts, including distributors and retail chains
- Supervise and support field sales teams to ensure performance and alignment with goals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior leadership
- Ensure product availability and inventory management across channels
- Identify new business opportunities and support brand expansion initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in mobile or consumer electronics
- Proven success in managing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Availability to travel within Brazil as needed
- Fluency in Portuguese; English proficiency is a strong advantage
