DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA

Atuar na prospecção, qualificação e engajamento de leads corporativos (C-level, gestores e decisores de grandes empresas), gerando oportunidades comerciais qualificadas para o time de vendas.

O SDR Pleno será responsável por construir campanhas de prospecção estratégica, operar processos de ABM (Account-Based Marketing), integrar dados de marketing no HubSpot CRM, e ser o elo entre marketing e vendas, contribuindo diretamente para o crescimento sustentável da Yattó.

REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIO:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento prático de SDR / BDR em contexto B2B (preferencialmente em vendas complexas ou de ciclo médio-longo);
  • Familiaridade com o uso do HubSpot CRM;
  • Noções de estratégias ABM (Account-Based Marketing);
  • Familiaridade com as áreas de sustentabilidade, ESG, economia circular ou logística reversa;
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado;
  • Familiaridade com integrações entre marketing e vendas (ex.: campanhas inbound e outbound).
