The Catamaran Training Content Development Supervisor is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training materials related to Catamaran, tailored to diverse audiences and developed using industry best practices. For the Catamaran team, this role owns the full training lifecycle: from needs assessment and content creation to deployment and ongoing maintenance. The supervisor identifies the most effective delivery channels (e.g., webinars, workshops, micro video) based on learning objectives and audience needs, and collaborates with key stakeholder's, such as TDM, OCM, and service lines to promote the Catamaran technical and sales enablement training programs.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, videos, manuals, and interactive content, tailored to diverse audiences, using modern instructional design techniques.
Own the full lifecycle of training development — from needs assessment, concept creation, content creation to deployment to ongoing maintenance.
Identify the most effective channels (e-learning, webinars, workshops, videos, etc.) based on learning objectives and audience needs.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote training programs across appropriate channels.
Implement a cadence to review and refresh materials based on feedback, changes in business priorities, and learning trends.
Analyze engagement and outcomes to continuously improve learning experiences.
Develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness, collect feedback, and make data-driven improvements to content and delivery methods.
Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for training initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Develop clear and compelling communication plans to promote training programs and ensure high participation and engagement.
Working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), OCM, TDM, and Catamaran team leads to align training efforts with firm strategic priorities.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience
Practical knowledge of Blooms taxonomy, change management methodologies, training, implementation, and employee development.
Proficiency with Articulate, Smartsheet's, and Microsoft: SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resource development, instructional design, communications, education, instructional design, or related areas.
Certified in either Kotter or Prosci change management methodologies
PMP Certification, preferred
Advanced Articulate and instructional design
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
Experience using Qualtrics or other survey tools.
Expertise with Kirkpatrick training model framework
