Buscamos para indústria multinacional situada na ZONA SUDOESTE DA GRANDE SÃO PAULO/SP, para atuar de forma estratégica nas áreas de negócio, com forte papel em Projetos, Chance Management e Transformação Organizacional. Este(a) profissional será responsável por alinhar práticas de gestão de pessoas à estratégia da empresa, garantindo o desenvolvimento de líderes, times e cultura organizacional. Graduação completa em Administração, Psicologia, Gestão de RH ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Pessoas, Liderança ou DHO (diferencial). 5-8 anos em RH com pelo menos 2 anos em projetos de transformação. Experiência prévia em M&A, Background em Business Partnering ou consultoria interna, Gestão de projetos (PMP ou similar é um plus), Change Management (com certificação). Histórico em projetos de desenvolvimento de liderança, sucessão e cultura. Vivência em processos de transformação organizacional. Forte habilidade de comunicação, negociação e influência junto à alta liderança. Perfil estratégico e hands-on, com alta capacidade de empatia e gestão de conflitos.
