M&A and Transaction Solutions Senior Analyst

What the day will look like

Conduct due diligence on insurance policies and risks in M&A transactions, serving companies across various segments;

Analyze technical and legal documentation with attention to detail and critical thinking;

Lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a clear vision of deadlines and timelines;

Work with multidisciplinary teams, engaging, influencing, and coordinating efforts with empathy and integrity;

Ensure the confidentiality of information, ensuring strict and secure control of sensitive data;

Coordinate and maintain the internal network's folder and file structure up to date;

Produce presentations, documents, and communications fluently in English, both written and oral.

Conduct client presentations;

Provide relationship/market intelligence services for clients with recurring investment profiles, e.g., Private Equities.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;

Previous experience in risk, insurance, or M&A is desirable;

Intermediate knowledge of Office suites – required;

Advanced English – required; (C1 or higher)

Experience directly contacting clients.

Analytical and diligent profile;

Strong reading, interpretation, and synthesis skills;

Project management experience;

Interpersonal communication and influence skills;

Strong sense of responsibility, dedication to deadlines, and a sense of ownership;

Rigorous confidentiality and information security;

Organization and field in document control;

Good writing skills.
