THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Operations Lead - Client Quality Journey in our Clients Operations area in Brazil This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.

We are looking for a highly analytical, organized, and proactive Client Quality Journey Lead to join our Client Quality Hub, providing crucial support to the North America region (primarily the United States and Canada). This position is a key role, focusing on tactical execution of activities and process monitoring to continuously enhance the overall client experience.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Process Ownership and Execution: Lead the execution and rigorous follow-up of processes, serving as the owner of the client operational journey.
  • Proactive Issue Prevention: Monitor key operational metrics and identify incident patterns or potential risks. You will be the first filter for escalations and must manage priorities effectively.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Conduct analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making. Turn client feedback and interactions into structured insights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, and CX) to implement operational improvements and eliminate defects in the journey.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory) – daily interaction with North America stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in operations, customer support, service, or related areas is a plus.
  • Experience with client interactions and continuous improvement is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to work with data and identify root causes of issues.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Good interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ownership in task execution.
