The Opportunity Join our elite LATAM Enterprise sales team in São Paulo and spearhead our expansion into Brazil's largest organizations by building deep, trust-based relationships with Brazilian enterprise leaders who value long-term partnerships and personalized service across Brazil, where cybersecurity awareness is rapidly becoming a business imperative. As Regional Account Executive (ENT), you'll be the strategic revenue driver behind our most significant opportunities, mastering complex enterprise sales cycles while managing both new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion to maximize every opportunity in your territory. You'll navigate sophisticated procurement processes and multi-stakeholder decisions while building a robust pipeline that consistently exceeds ambitious monthly quotas. The successful candidate combines proven Enterprise sales expertise with strategic account management skills, executive presence, and the ability to thrive in our fast-growing Brazilian market.

What You'll Do

Drive Enterprise Logo Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close Enterprise-sized accounts within your assigned territory through strategic outbound efforts, executive relationship building, and partnership collaboration to consistently exceed monthly new logo quotas

Master Strategic Account Expansion: Promote and sell KnowBe4's complete product suite to existing Enterprise customers, identifying complex upsell and cross-sell opportunities that maximize account value through increased subscription levels, additional seats, and comprehensive security transformation initiatives

Build Executive Pipeline Excellence: Create and maintain a robust pipeline of Enterprise opportunities using sophisticated prospecting methods, executive engagement strategies, and compelling product demonstrations that showcase our complete cybersecurity solution portfolio to C-level decision makers

Navigate Complex Sales Processes: Articulate KnowBe4's value proposition to multiple stakeholders, understanding each organization's buying needs, key decision makers, and potential roadblocks to accelerate complex sales cycles and increase win rates in enterprise environments

Execute Strategic Deal Architecture: Act strategically in structuring multi-year agreements, enterprise licensing models, and sophisticated pricing negotiations that maximize Annual Recurring Revenue while ensuring customer success and long-term enterprise partnerships

Orchestrate Cross-Functional Excellence: Partner seamlessly with Channel sales representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Specialists to coordinate complex account growth strategies and support renewal processes that expand enterprise customer commitment and usage

Proven Enterprise Success: 3+ years of demonstrated success selling to Enterprise-sized businesses with track record of quota achievement, complex deal closure, and territory growth in competitive enterprise markets

SaaS Experience: Background in selling Software-as-a-Service to CTO's, CIO's, or CISO's

Cybersecurity Expertise: Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry concepts and genuine passion for helping large organizations strengthen their human firewall against sophisticated cyber threats

Bilingual Excellence: Fluent in Portuguese with strong English skills, enabling seamless communication with local enterprise customers and global KnowBe4 teams

Executive Presence: Natural ability to build credibility and rapport with C-level executives, presenting complex solutions with confidence and strategic insight that resonates with senior business leaders
