Master Services is a fast-growing UK-based startup revolutionizing the on-demand services space (cleaning, handyman, gardening, plumbing, etc.). We're now expanding fast and need a top-tier Operations Coordinator to take control of our daily operations.
What You'll Do:
- Manage incoming bookings and quotes.
- Assign jobs to our network of service providers
- Follow up to ensure jobs are completed on time and at high quality
- Communicate with clients and resolve small issues quickly and professionally
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new providers.
- Coordinate internal schedules
- Build and improve operational workflows and documentation (SOPs)
- Report directly to the Director of Ops
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written + spoken)
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Experience with job platforms, logistics, or gig economy is a big plus
- Comfortable using software tools
- Problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Excellent communicator both with team and clients
- Able to work UK business hours
