Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in the Greater São Paulo Area. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining records. The role involves handling phone calls, responding to emails, assisting with clerical duties, and providing executive-level support as needed. The individual will also support office operations and work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- High level of organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting as part of a team
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous
