We are looking for a professional who will translates market needs into strategic technical actions in the company, therefore achieving short- and long-term goals in the organization, with the main focus on Enlarging the Niobium Market.

Key Professional in the Region or an Expert in his/her Technical Field, either by developing technical projects of high complexity or with technical support to the customer, fully capable of understand and promote the solution of a give challenge.

Although in the technical Market development department, this professional acts in coordination with the segment leaders, with the subsidiary managers and the technical experts of correlated fields

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Responsible to work in the team to implement the activities of Market expansion and growth within existing or new customers, guaranteeing that those actions are implemented in the correct deadline, scope / quality and cost, understanding obstacles and suggesting opportunities to overcome them. Reporting of activities in project or knowledgement systems are also key part of all activities performed.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences or technical presentations to customers or other players in the value chain, fulfilling widespread needs of information on niobium.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • This is a technology focused role which would require a background education and solid experience in the area;
  • The candidate is required to be a Materials/Metallurgy/Industrial or correlated areas;
  • Master or equivalent practical accumulated knowledge in topics related to technical area (either global expert in one field or regional experience in general topics).
  • The candidate is expected to be fluent in English language and exhibit a very well-developed set of communication skills.

  • Fluency in English;
  • Project management skills;
  • Results oriented;
  • Ability to develop working relationships with people from different backgrounds (customers, salespeople, production shop operators, industry leaders);
  • Ability to implement action plans with customers, to follow up the actions, and to identify the divergences and propose countermeasures to keep the plan on track.
