Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in São Paulo, SP, with great work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, sponsorship sales and managing the account of one of the most exciting teams US professional teams, in Brazil. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, sales forecasting, client presentations, partnership development and contract negotiations. The role also involves collaboration with the client's global partnerships team to develop proposals and pitch documents, as well as regular communication to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sponsorship Sales, and Client Management
  • Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform business strategies
  • Experience working within the sports industry
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with Spanish as a plus
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some travel as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
