About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion. This role is pivotal in building a network of high-value partners and driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a skilled negotiator with a deep understanding of digital culture .

Mandarin Chinese Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Acquisition:
     Identify, establish contact with, and negotiate deals with potential partners, including sports bloggers, and other key opinion leaders.
  • Deal Execution:
     Secure long-term agreements that are mutually beneficial and aligned with our growth targets.
  • Campaign Support:
     Provide partners with effective promotional materials and creative support to maximize their campaigns on social platforms
  • Market Strategy:
     Analyze market trends and user behavior to develop and execute a targeted affiliate strategy to improve conversion rates.
  • Relationship Management:
     Serve as the main point of contact for partners, maintaining strong communication, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, or the iGaming industry.
  • Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese is required.
  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to independently negotiate with high-net-worth partners.
