This Position reports to:

Finance Manager

Job Mission

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide general administrative services at the business level. On a daily basis, you will perform general administrative activities and also demonstrate your expertise by supporting the team during periods of increased demand.

This position contributes to the PAPI Division in Brazil. The main stakeholders are project management, project controlling, sales, and business intelligence teams.

You will be mainly responsible for:

  • Preparing documentation and assisting in researching, compiling, proofreading, and editing reports, presentations, organizational charts, correspondence, and other relevant documents.
  • Responding to requests from managers and/or employees and managing both incoming and outgoing correspondence for the area.
  • Acting as local support for all administrative activities.
  • Maintaining records, databases, filing systems, and archives in both electronic and/or physical formats.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders, be proactive, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.

Differentials

  • Additional communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
