Overview:
The Junior Partnership Manager plays a key role in supporting revenue growth across Games Global's customer base.
The role combine support responsibilities, assisting senior team members with strategic accounts, and direct ownership, managing a defined portfolio of smaller or growth-tier customers.
This position is suited to a commercially minded individual who is eager to learn, grow, and build strong foundations in account management within the igaming industry.
Responsibilities:
Customer Ownership
- Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, taking full accountability for day-to-day communication, performance monitoring, and delivery of agreed plans.
- Build positive and professional relationships with these customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service.
- Share product updates, coordinate promotions, and help customers optimize performance through Games Global content.
Support to Senior Account Managers
- Assist senior team members in preparing account plans, quarterly reviews, commercial proposals, and performance reports for strategic customers.
- Support with research, data analysis, meeting notes, follow-ups, and preparation of commercial materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Games, Product, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of tasks on key accounts.
Commercial & Operational Tasks
- Help organize and communicate promotional campaigns for both assigned and supported accounts.
- Work with the Games Team to ensure content is delivered and promoted on time, in line with customer plans.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Product Team to support future product development.
- Track KPIs, analyse performance trends, and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with forecasting and reporting on assigned accounts.
- Support internal processes to ensure efficient allocation of resources across accounts.
Representing Games Global
- Join customer calls, QBRs, and, when appropriate, in-person meetings or industry events.
- Act as a professional representative of Games Global, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in commercial roles, account management, or sales within the gaming or digital industries.
- Good communication skills and confidence in dealing directly with customers (even at a junior level).
- Ability to organize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and performance data.
- Curiosity and willingness to propose ideas, solutions, and improvements.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over assigned tasks and customers.
0–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, operations, or similar roles.
- Experience in e-gaming is an advantage but not required.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
