Managing regional operations and delivery performance. Oversees daily channel operations, including supply routes, HCP network, and delivery metrics. Works with Process Management teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost performance. Manages relationships with key stakeholders including DS teams and carriers. Key Deliverables: 1) Management of regional delivery operations and performance metrics, 2) Optimization of supply routes and HCP network efficiency, 3) Monthly business reviews of operational costs and efficiency metrics, 4) Development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives, 5) Management of carrier relationships and performance, 6) Coordination with DS teams for capacity planning and peak operations. Gearing Ratio: 1:1500. Benchmark: Based on MX Hub regional operations management ratio of 1:1500.

- Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries
