O que você irá fazer?

  • Desenvolver análises de rentabilidade de carteiras, políticas e segmentos para otimizar o retorno ajustado ao risco;
  • Construir e aperfeiçoar modelos financeiros de ROE, PDD/Margem e simuladores de stress-test para apoiar decisões estratégicas;
  • Estruturar business plans, realizar valuations de iniciativas e calcular NPV, TIR e break-even de projetos estratégicos;
  • Colaborar com as equipes de crédito, finanças e dados, atuando como consultor estratégico em comitês e fornecendo insumos quantitativos para tomada de decisão orientada por dados.

O que buscamos?

  • Graduação completa;
  • Conhecimento sólido em análises financeiras, modelagem de crédito e métricas de rentabilidade;
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento de modelos quantitativos, simuladores e projeções financeiras;
  • Domínio de ferramentas analíticas e capacidade de trabalhar com grandes bases de dados para análises de risco e retorno;
  • Experiência em elaboração de relatórios gerenciais, storytelling com dados e apresentações para alta liderança;
  • Conhecimento em políticas de crédito, cobrança e capacidade de quantificar impactos de mudanças estratégicas;
  • Experiência em apoio à governança e participação em comitês de decisão.
