Customer Support Manager
to lead our service and support operations across Latin America, driving excellence in customer experience and contributing to our regional growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the
Spare Parts
,
Service on Demand
,
Field Service Contracts
, and
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
teams. - Lead the execution of the business area's
strategic plan
and
annual performance targets
. - Develop and implement strategies to
expand current accounts
,
generate new business
, and
achieve sales goals
across the
LATAM region
. - Support the preparation and execution of the annual
budget
, including cost control and investment planning. - Define and drive the
continuous improvement action plan
for the service and support function. - Act as the
primary business liaison with customers
, ensuring a consistent and high-quality support experience. - Conduct client visits, product/service presentations, and resolve customer inquiries.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events when relevant.
- Gather customer insights, identify service opportunities, and co-create tailored solutions that deliver real value.
- Implement and promote
new service models
, tools, and processes aligned with global standards. - Contribute to the
global customer support strategy
in coordination with HQ teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Business Administration. - MBA or postgraduate degree
is a strong plus. - Minimum
5 years of experience
in customer support, after-sales service, or technical account management, preferably in an industrial/engineering environment. - Proven
team leadership
and
project management
skills. - Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Fluent in
English
and
Spanish
(spoken and written); - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
