What You'll Do

As a Special Billing Analyst, you will support the billing operations by managing invoice submissions and resolving discrepancies to ensure smooth financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Submitting invoices through various customer portals
• Investigating and resolving invoice rejections or disputes
• Maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for portal submissions
• Tracking and prioritizing invoices requiring portal action
• Securing necessary approvals and purchase orders for invoice processing
• Updating customer standards and collection queues in Oracle with relevant notes and status
• Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
• Processing credit card payments
• Managing Salesforce cases related to the Special Billing mailbox
• Generating and maintaining reports for special billing activities
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, or mail
• Collecting data and preparing monthly billing metrics
• Supporting additional administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle billing systems
• Familiarity with Salesforce

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
