Role Summary:
The
Hotel Experience Leader
is the driving force behind the guest experience at Socialtel, bringing the hotel concept to life and ensuring that every guest, visitor, and staff member enjoys unforgettable moments that reflect our brand and mission. This role combines leadership, creativity, and commercial focus to deliver measurable results, optimize revenue, and elevate the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the
T&T Desk
on-site, ensuring optimal availability and guest support. - Drive sales and maximize revenue across CoWork, Retail, Tours, Surf, Spa, Wellness, and Rooms, ensuring strong performance across all experience-based products.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to consistently achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets, fostering a high-energy, results-driven sales culture.
- Optimize availability management for tours and experiences, ensuring seamless booking and maximum occupancy.
- Continuously refine the sales process to create new business opportunities, increase conversions, and enhance the guest purchasing journey.
- Ensure location packages and designed experiences are sold effectively.
- Manage and energize the
WhatsApp Location Guest Chat
, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and the Country Experience Manager to maximize engagement and guest satisfaction.

- Metrics- and results-driven, with proven experience in sales of experiences or hospitality-related products.
- Creative, adaptable, and an excellent communicator, able to engage guests, colleagues, and strategic partners effectively.
Requirements
Background or exposure in
PR, branding, or marketing

Experience in the
hospitality and tourism sector
is highly desirable.
Experience in
multi-project management

event production, retail, design, and festivals
is highly desirable.
