About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our São Paulo studio. This role serves as the bridge between multiple technical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, support team performance, and ensure smooth coordination across software engineering, quality engineering, and automation functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily studio operations, including check-ins with internal teams and client's leadership

Track and support multiple teams (SWE, FWQE, Client QE, and Automation), ensuring alignment and collaboration.

Monitor team dynamics—identify challenges, resolve conflicts, and promote a clean, organized, and positive work environment.

Conduct surveys, analyze team feedback, and create actionable strategies to improve team satisfaction and quality of work.

Mentor and coach team members to develop their quality engineering and professional skills.

Escalate potential issues or blockers to Side and client's leadership in a timely and constructive manner.

Manage administrative functions such as tracking shipments, hardware, work hours, census data, and attendance.

Coordinate recruiting efforts—track hiring needs, follow up with recruiters, and ensure timelines are met.

Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing key updates and progress.

Requirements

Exceptional judgment in decision-making.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Skilled in JIRA, including running custom queries and reports.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and calendar management.

Understanding of software development and quality engineering principles.

Experience with hardware or IT operations is a plus.

Demonstrated patience, empathy, and ability to take and apply feedback constructively.
