Strategic and Financial Planning Consultant

Work Model: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
• Strategic Planning Leadership: Develop and implement the Medium-Term Business Plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align business goals with actionable, measurable strategies.
• Project Governance and PMO: Ensure efficient project execution, resource optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Corporate Strategy and Partnerships: Lead the formulation of local corporate strategies while fostering strategic external alliances to drive business growth.
• Compliance and Standards Management: Ensure adherence to the LGPD, manage organizational standards and procedures.
• Financial and Competitive Analyses: Conduct profitability analysis, delivering actionable insights to drive performance and sustainability.
Desirable profile:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA in Finance or Administration is highly desirable.
• Experience: Proven experience in banking or financial institutions, with a solid background in project management (PMO) and strategic planning;
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with knowledge of strategic management tools and financial models.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (or at minimum advanced proficiency) is essential for communication with global teams and stakeholders.
• Core Skills: Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, combined with expertise in stakeholder management and political acumen.
• Leadership and Strategy: Ability to drive business strategy development while providing leadership for informal teams and cross-functional projects.
