Job Summary:
Based in the Malta Office, you will be working with a team, reporting to the Client Services Director. Training will be given on an on-going basis which will be supported by external courses, as and when required. Day-to-day running of a portfolio of clients including trusts and companies dealing with a wide variety of arrangements which may be of a complex nature.
Job Accountabilities:
Handling the set up and day-to-day administration of trusts and companies:
- Liaison with clients, professional advisors, intermediaries and government authorities by telephone and in writing
- Attendance of meetings with clients
- Drafting minutes and resolutions and preparing documents in relation to both routine and complex transactions
- Statutory work – ensuring that statutory records are kept up to date and are accurately maintained
- Entity reviews – carrying out annual reviews of all entities
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures
- Delegation and review of work to junior members of the team
- Ad hoc project work
Minimum Education and Experience:
- A minimum of three years' relevant experience managing a portfolio of clients
- Educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent
- Studying for the STEP qualification is preferred but not mandatory
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good numeracy and computer skills
- A positive 'can do' attitude
- Good team player
- Ability to work to deadlines with the minimum of supervision
- A strong attention to detail and organisation
Salary Banding:
EUR 30, ,000 depending on experience
