As a Data & Analytics Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our data initiatives. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the availability, quality, and governance of data, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. Your leadership will be instrumental in supporting both data science and data engineering teams, facilitating a data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and prioritize the roadmap for data initiatives alongside business and technical stakeholders.
  • Support the Data Science (DS) and Data Engineering (DE) teams by providing documentation and acting as an intermediary with the Principal Architect.
  • Monitor pipelines with DE/DS to ensure smooth execution and management of teams for effective problem solving.
  • Assist the Principal Architect in maintaining architectural documentation, incorporating feedback from the team.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure data availability and quality.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation are established for all solutions delivered.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High Intermediate oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure resources, specifically Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Safe or Scrum for task visibility and management.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for task management.
