We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer / AI Engineer to lead the design of scalable data pipelines and ensure the successful deployment of machine learning applications into production.

You will bridge data engineering and MLOps, working with modern cloud-native technologies in a globally recognized, high-performing consulting team.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and integrations for AI/ML applications

  • Deploy, monitor, and continuously optimize ML models — leveraging techniques like Few-Shot Learning (FSL) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  • Implement scalable, production-grade solutions using AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, Glue, Lambda)

  • Apply MLOps best practices to automate and streamline the entire ML lifecycle (CI/CD, testing, monitoring)


Must-Have

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering for large-scale distributed systems

  • 2+ years of experience deploying AI/ML models in production (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, LLMs)

  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, NoSQL, and the AWS ecosystem

  • Solid experience with Apache Spark and Kafka for large-scale data processing

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Advanced English (B2/C1 level)

Nice-to-Have

  • Expertise in API design, DevOps best practices, and serverless computing

  • Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and a growth mindset — eager to learn and innovate fast
