Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a business related field.
- Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
- Experience in assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and selling.
- Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and to achieve goals to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Responsibilities
- Lead meetings with key customer stakeholders to define marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaigns.
- Deliver exceptional campaign performance, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers while maintaining account hygiene.
- Develop and pitch data-driven solutions using Google's advertising products to maximize customer value, overcome objections, and achieve sales goals.
- Analyze campaign data to ensure accurate performance tracking and delivery of measurable results against customer objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics to extract insights, identify upsell opportunities, and cultivate a pipeline for future customer growth.
