O que você irá fazer?

  • Gerir projetos de dados e inteligência artificial, garantindo evolução contínua e resultados de impacto;
  • Ajudar a remover impedimentos e gargalos do time, acelerando entregas;
  • Liderar a priorização das demandas e projetos, alinhando expectativas com a área de Riscos;
  • Gerenciar escopo, prazos e entregáveis junto às áreas de negócio, garantindo clareza e governança;
  • Documentar e detalhar projetos em todas as suas fases;
  • Disseminar a cultura de dados dentro da TI e das áreas de negócio;
  • Apoiar o time na tomada de decisões técnicas e na aplicação dos padrões da área;
  • Contribuir com a liderança nas definições estratégicas e direcionamentos da área.

O que buscamos?

  • Graduação completa;
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos de dados, TI ou áreas correlatas;
  • Vivência em liderança de times ou iniciativas de tecnologia;
  • Conhecimentos em metodologias ágeis e ferramentas de gestão (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps);
  • Boa capacidade analítica e de organização;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar no modelo presencial em Belo Horizonte.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em instituições financeiras ou em projetos voltados para Riscos;
  • Conhecimentos em SQL ou ferramentas de BI;
  • Noções de arquitetura de sistemas e integrações;
  • Atuação prévia com iniciativas de inteligência artificial ou projetos de dados em larga escala.
