  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive hiring practices
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires when needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Singapore labor market and hiring regulations is preferred
