- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview scheduling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive hiring practices
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Singapore labor market and hiring regulations is preferred
