Estamos em busca de um perfil de Head Of E-commerce para atuar em nossa agência em São Paulo.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições
Comércio, Retail Media & Estratégia de Crescimento

  • Liderar a estratégia de e-commerce, retail media e performance marketing para a carteira de clientes;
  • Identificar oportunidades de cross-selling, novos fluxos de receita e modelos digitais inovadores;
  • Desenvolver frameworks e avaliações diferenciadas de comércio para clientes;
  • Integrar ações de marketing digital, CRM, UX, performance e analytics para otimização contínua;
  • Garantir alinhamento entre tecnologia, operações e experiência do cliente;
  • Monitorar KPIs, gerar insights acionáveis e reportar resultados para clientes e liderança.

Desenvolvimento de Clientes & Pitches

  • Liderar projetos estratégicos de comércio e performance, incluindo ativações de retail media e campanhas omnichannel;
  • Conduzir apresentações de alto impacto, RFPs e pitches, garantindo inovação e diferenciação;
  • Construir e manter relacionamentos fortes com stakeholders de nível C, posicionando a Havas Market como parceiro estratégico de crescimento.

Liderança de Equipe

  • Construir, gerenciar e inspirar uma equipe multidisciplinar (performance, retail media, tecnologia, UX, dados);
  • Desenvolver capacidades do time em retail media, dados e soluções de comércio alinhadas aos padrões globais da Havas Market;
  • Promover uma cultura orientada a dados, resultados e inovação;
  • Colaborar com a liderança LATAM para garantir consistência e escalabilidade das soluções.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Experiência comprovada em liderança de e-commerce, retail media ou performance marketing em nível sênior;
  • Conhecimento sólido em plataformas de e-commerce, redes de retail media, CRM, analytics e ferramentas de marketing digital;
  • Histórico de gestão de projetos de grande escala e equipes multidisciplinares;
  • Fluência em inglês ou espanhol;
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas, estratégicas e de relacionamento com stakeholders.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em agências digitais ou com grandes anunciantes/varejistas;
  • Conhecimento em UX, IA, automação de marketing e tecnologias de comércio;
  • Experiência em transformação digital e estratégias omnichannel;
  • Familiaridade com mercados LATAM e tendências globais de comércio.

We are looking for a Head of E-commerce to join our agency in São Paulo.

Key Responsibilities
Commerce, Retail Media & Growth Strategy

  • Define and execute the commerce, retail media, and performance marketing strategy aligned with client and agency objectives.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities, business growth drivers, and innovative digital commerce models.
  • Lead the development of differentiated commerce assessments and strategic frameworks for clients.
  • Integrate actions across digital marketing, CRM, UX, performance, and analytics to ensure continuous optimization.
  • Ensure alignment between technology, operations, and customer experience, including omnichannel and retail media ecosystems.
  • Monitor KPIs, deliver insights, and report results to leadership and clients.

Client Development & Pitches

  • Lead strategic commerce and performance projects, including retail media activations and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Coordinate high-level client presentations, RFPs, and pitch processes, ensuring innovation and differentiation.
  • Strengthen relationships with C-level client stakeholders, positioning Havas Market as a business growth partner.

Team Leadership

  • Build, manage, and inspire a multidisciplinary team (performance, retail media, technology, UX, data).
  • Develop talent capabilities in retail media, data, and commerce solutions, aligned with global Havas Market standards.
  • Promote a data-driven, results-oriented, and innovation-focused culture across the team.
  • Collaborate with LATAM leadership to ensure consistency and scalability of solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading e-commerce, retail media, or performance marketing at senior level.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, retail media networks, CRM, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Track record in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in English or Spanish
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and ability to manage senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital agencies or working with large-scale advertisers/retailers.
  • Knowledge of UX, AI, marketing automation, and commerce tech stacks.
  • Experience in digital transformation and omnichannel commerce strategies.
  • Familiarity with LATAM markets and global commerce trends.

Additional Information
We are working in a hybrid model, with three days per week at the agency located in São Paulo.
