A Evolive, escola de comunicação em forte crescimento, está buscando um(a) Sales Ops Sênior para estruturar e otimizar nosso funil de marketing e vendas. Hoje faturamos em torno de R$ 400k/mês e nosso desafio é escalar para R$ 1M/mês com previsibilidade.
O desafio
• Mapear e organizar o funil ponta a ponta (marketing → SDR → closer).
• Garantir dados confiáveis: CAC, ROAS, taxas de conversão, forecast.
• Padronizar processos comerciais (cadências, CRM, follow-up).
• Identificar gargalos e propor plano de ação para crescimento.
• Apoiar o time na escalada de receita e aumento de eficiência.
O que buscamos
• Perfil analítico, com mão na massa em CRM (Clint, Pipedrive, Hubspot ou similares).
• Capacidade de estruturar processos e criar previsibilidade.
• Mentalidade de dono, com autonomia para propor e executar.
• Mais importante que "anos de experiência" é a capacidade de entregar resultado nesse desafio.
Local
• Híbrido em São Paulo (alguns dias presenciais na sede).
Faixa
• R$ 12k–18k.
