We are looking for a
Junior–Mid Level Casino Business Manager
to support the strategy, operations, and performance of our online casino products for the Brazilian market. This role acts as a bridge between providers, stakeholders, and offshore development teams, helping us deliver an engaging and competitive gaming experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the definition and execution of the casino product vision and roadmap for Brazil.
- Work with multiple casino providers to optimize game positioning, highlights, and content prioritization.
- Liaise with providers to secure better offerings, marketing assets, and promotional opportunities.
- Source and help negotiate with new providers to keep our portfolio updated and competitive.
- Analyze casino data (player behavior, funnels, GGR, turnover, RTP mix) to identify improvements in acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, marketing, CRM, compliance, analytics, and operations to align on product needs and priorities.
- Coordinate with offshore development teams to support timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
- Continuously refine the casino experience to maximize user satisfaction and lifetime value.
- Stay updated on iGaming trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Strong business and analytical mindset; comfortable using data to guide decisions and optimize KPIs.
- Fast learner with good understanding of player behavior in casino or sports betting environments.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in or targeting the
Brazilian market
. - Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience collaborating with remote/offshore development teams.
- Fluency in
English and Portuguese
.
Preferred
- 2+ years as Product Owner/Manager in iGaming or working with B2B casino providers.
- Understanding of casino mechanics (RTP, verticals, providers, promotional mechanics).
- Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related fields.
