We're looking for a
Programmatic Specialist
to own the planning, buying, optimisation, and reporting of programmatic campaigns for our Brazil market. This role will focus on delivering efficient acquisition, retention, and brand outcomes through data-driven inventory management across display, video, audio, and native formats.
We are looking for someone who :
- 2+ years of hands-on programmatic experience (ideally with The Trade Desk).
- Strong understanding of campaign set-up, optimisation, and measurement.
- Analytical thinker with proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Interest in innovation — attention metrics, contextual targeting, AI-driven optimisation.
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
- Experience in betting/gaming or regulated markets is a plus.
What you'll be doing:
- Plan, execute, and optimise programmatic campaigns end-to-end using The Trade Desk (TTD).
- Manage campaign trafficking, QA, pacing, and budget allocation.
- Continuously test and learn — formats, audiences, and creative — to improve ROI.
- Apply brand safety, fraud prevention, and attention measurement standards.
- Build custom audiences (1st and 3rd party) and refine targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager (GMM) to align programmatic activity with market-level strategy.
- Report performance, insights, and recommendations into weekly and monthly planning cycles.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, new platforms, and publisher opportunities in Brazil.
