What you will do  

We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to develop Local Business Applications Partners to become more strategic and allow Oracle to be intrinsic to their got-to-market plans; enablement, drive pipeline generating sales activities with partners and generally "owning" the indirect channel plan in territory with the regional sales team. 

  • Identify and develop strategic channel partners committed to selling Oracle Cloud  products (Apps, Tech and Cloud) in the region 
  • Identify and develop joint "go-to-market" strategies with focus partners 
  • Run lead generation activities with the channel to increase the pipeline and generate net new opportunities 
  • Partner coverage: Active OPN partners in the target territories 
  • Business Development: Pipeline Creation and Number of Leads Generated by Partners

  • Pro-active and passionate about your job to help people win at work towards success of the organization.
  • Results-oriented and able to engage in a sales cycle, offering input to the opportunity business case.
  • Experience and comfortable with C-Level interaction
  • Experience of building a pipeline within a partner organization
  • Strong understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) in management positions (min 5 years)
  • Ability and/or willingness to work in a remote, non-routine and very complex work environment, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills
  • Proven sales experience in channel environment
  • Fluent in English
