We are looking for:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable leader NAM and LAM, the AP Payment Analyst will be accountable to post invoices, analyse the information in the documents, to control the volumes, and focus on achieving the indicators (KPI - OPI), contact Customers and Plant users (internal and external) when necessary. He/she will ensure that AP is following the Procedure and rules. This includes mitigating future risk by providing insights, best practices and root cause analysis. He/she will work closely with the entire team.

- Post invoices;
- Develop, maintain, update and ensure the diffusion of the operational procedures;
- Receive coordination and coaching from the Accounts Payable Team Leader;
- Perform and promote problem solving, root-cause analysis on duplicate documents;
- Ensure the recovery of the amount paid in duplicity;
- Propose improvements to prevent future leakage and ensure a global follow up for improvement plans;
- To participate in a daily meeting;
- Participate in accounts payable process projects;
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant internal and external Stakeholders.

You will bring:
- Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance or in a relevant domain;
- Good experience in procurement, purchasing or finance domains;
- Accounting background;
- To be available to remain as an intern at the company for 2 years.
Skills and behavioral competencies:
- SAP experience (not mandatory previous experience);
- Proactive with a high level of initiative and autonomy in the day to day organization;
- Customer-orientated with good level of problem solving skills;
- Ability to interact with all levels in the organization;
- Strong collaboration skills.
Language skills:
- Good level of spoken and written skills in English;
- Ability to speak the local language and Spanish would be preferred.

Hybrid work position, requiring attendance at the office in Curitiba/PR only once a week.
